A tennis ball massage class is a hands-on and relaxing experience that focuses on deeper muscle relaxation, stretching and increasing mobility. During the class, tennis balls are used to massage different parts of the body such as the back, shoulders, arms and legs. Participants move the balls by rolling under the body, using their body weight to massage the muscles, which helps reduce tension and improve circulation.
